A warehouse management system that runs the floor, from intake to invoice

We designed and built Spiffy for package forwarders, 3PLs and e-commerce brands that had outgrown spreadsheets. It scans, stores, consolidates, ships and bills every package from one screen.

The challenge

Package forwarders and 3PLs were running warehouses on spreadsheets. Packages arrived without a clear owner, storage days went unbilled, and customers emailed all day asking where their parcels were.

Off-the-shelf systems either ignored the forwarding model (suites, consolidation, declared values) or charged per order, which punishes a warehouse for growing.

What we built
  • ✓ Scan-based intake that matches each package to its customer by tracking number, suite ID or name, using any phone as a scanner.
  • ✓ Scan-guided putaway with free-storage countdowns, and storage fees metered and invoiced automatically.
  • ✓ Consolidation and multi-carrier shipping, from request to delivered, with customs details on every shipment.
  • ✓ Client portals, support tickets tied to packages, and exceptions with SLA timers.
  • ✓ Multi-warehouse operation with hard data walls between clients, roles, permissions and two-factor sign-in.
  • ✓ Integrations with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop on the order side, and DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and Royal Mail on the shipping side.
