AI chatbot development services, built on your own knowledge.
We design and build custom AI chatbots that answer from your documents, products and policies, take real actions in your systems, and hand over to a person when they should. On your website, in your app or inside your team's tools.

Chatbots that answer and act.
Customer support chatbots
Answer questions about orders, products, bookings and policies around the clock, from your own help content, and pass the conversation to your team with the history attached.
Sales & lead qualification
Ask the right questions, recommend the right product or plan, book meetings into your calendar and send qualified leads to your CRM.
Internal knowledge assistants
Give staff one place to ask about processes, HR policies, technical docs and past tickets, with the answer linked back to its source.
Chatbots that take actions
Connected to your systems, so the bot can check an order status, create a ticket, update a record or start a refund, with limits you set.
Every channel
One assistant on your website, mobile app, WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams, sharing the same knowledge and rules.
Not sure what you need?
Tell us the problem, not the spec. We'll tell you what to build, and what not to.
Which AI chatbot should you build first?
Most businesses asking about AI chatbot development services have one of three problems: repeat questions swamping support, website visitors who leave unanswered, or staff hunting for answers in shared drives. Each points to a different kind of chatbot.
Customer service chatbots
A customer service chatbot answers the questions your team already answers every day: where is my order, can I change my booking, what is your returns policy. It works from your help centre, policies and order data. For online stores this usually starts with order status and returns; see how we work with e-commerce and retail businesses.
Lead qualification chatbots for your website
An AI chatbot for your website can ask visitors what they need, suggest the right product or plan, and book a call. The answers land in your CRM as a qualified lead, so sales starts the call with context.
Internal knowledge assistants
An internal assistant gives staff one place to ask about processes, policies and technical documentation. Every answer links back to the document it came from, so people can check it, and access follows the permissions your team already has.
If you are unsure, your real tickets and chats will tell you: the questions asked most often, and answered the same way each time, are where to start.
How a custom chatbot learns your business and knows its limits.
A custom AI chatbot does not need to be trained from scratch on your data. We use retrieval: your approved documents, FAQs, product data and policies are indexed, and for each question the chatbot finds the relevant passages and answers from them.
- Answers can be traced. Every reply can point to the source it used, which makes mistakes easy to find and fix.
- Updates are instant. Change a policy document and the chatbot uses the new version straight away, with no retraining.
- Scope is controlled. The chatbot only answers from content you have approved, and says so when the answer is not there.
Handing over to a person
We agree hand-over rules with you before launch: topics the chatbot should never handle, signs of an upset customer, requests above a value you set, or a customer asking for a human. Your team gets the full conversation, so nobody repeats themselves.
Taking actions safely
Chatbots that check an order or start a refund connect through your systems' own APIs, with limits on what each action can do. If you want AI to run work that goes beyond conversations, such as processing documents or automating back-office steps, that is our AI integration and automation service.
Custom chatbot development or Omni Agent?
We build custom chatbots, and we are also building our own ready-made product, Omni Agent. It is not launched yet: there is a waitlist, and its planned pricing may change before launch. Omni Agent is designed as one AI agent across eight channels, namely email, web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, SMS, Telegram and voice (in beta), with one shared memory and one inbox for your team. It is planned in three monthly plans: Web Chat, Email, and All channels.
Omni Agent will suit businesses that want a support and sales agent on standard channels without a software project. Custom chatbot development is the better fit when:
- the chatbot must take actions in your own systems, such as an ERP, booking engine or internal database;
- it needs to live inside your own product, such as a mobile app or a customer portal or web app;
- your data must stay on your own infrastructure, so models have to run there too;
- you need conversation flows, branding or reporting that a packaged product will not offer.
What drives the cost and how to measure success.
The cost of an AI chatbot depends far more on what it connects to than on the chat window itself. The main drivers are:
- Systems and actions: every system the chatbot reads from or writes to adds integration and testing work.
- Content readiness: clear, current help content is quick to use; scattered or outdated content needs tidying first.
- Channels: a website widget alone is smaller than one assistant shared across web, app and messaging.
- Hosting: running models on your own infrastructure costs more to set up than using an AI provider's API.
- Running costs: AI usage grows with conversation volume, so the written plan states the running cost as well as the build cost.
Our guides on what it costs to build a web app and MVP development costs explain how scope turns into price, and the same logic applies to chatbots. A smaller first release, built as an MVP and widened once it proves itself, is often the right way in.
Measuring whether it works
Before launch we agree what success looks like, and every conversation is logged. Useful measures include the share of conversations resolved without a hand-over, how often customers ask for a person, the questions it could not answer, customer ratings at the end of a chat, and for sales chatbots, meetings booked and leads passed to your CRM.
Grounded answers, not guesses.
Every chatbot we build answers from your approved content using retrieval, so replies can be traced back to a source and kept up to date without retraining. We pick the model for accuracy and running cost on your conversations, and use models hosted on your own infrastructure when data must not leave it.
A delivery date you can hold us to.
Map the conversations
We read your real tickets, chats and emails to find the questions worth automating and the ones that should always reach a person.
Plan
A written plan: what the chatbot will and won't do, the content and systems it connects to, how we test accuracy, and what it costs to run.
Build & test
Built against your past conversations and tested for accuracy, tone and safe hand-over before any customer sees it.
Roll out and improve
Launched to a share of traffic first, then tuned weekly from the conversations it gets wrong or can't answer.
Every build is scoped and quoted.
No price list, because no two builds are the same. Tell us what you need and we'll send a written quote within one business day.
Fixed-scope project
An agreed scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best when you know what you want built.
Dedicated team
Your own pod of engineers, a designer and a project manager, billed monthly. Best for products that keep evolving.
Support & maintenance
Hosting, monitoring, updates and fixes after launch, so the software keeps working as it grows.
